The Rio Rica Coffe was founded in 1969 by an idea that became reality. From the passion for the coffee of the founding father and currentowner born the first roasting shop, here magical aromas spread into the center of Pesaro.The little roasting shop delighted its customers with the tasting of the new espresso blends, which acquired the city in a short.Thanks to this success and the entrepreneurial skills of the young Galeazzi, today Rio Rica is an affirmed roasting company that was ableto maintain the link with their origins in the production and in the service.Rio Rica Coffee is one of the few coffee roasters that still produces according to the traditional "separate roasting" method and" fire", i.e. roasting each variety on its own before blending. Each specific coffee variety in fact has different organoleptic properties that require different temperatures anddifferent "cooking" times, in fact, we want to guarantee the colour and flavour of every coffee bean and draw out its aroma. After^the phase of blending will be fundamental to obtain a good espresso. After a careful time of maturation, the different species of coffeemust be blending to achieved a certain taste,flavour and aroma that can be constantly produced.
